Helmet [kabuto]:
A russet iron hoshi-bachi kabuto (riveted style helmet) of twenty-four-plate in daienzan form, applied with rin-otori style rivets becoming smaller towards the top of the helmet bowl, large gilt and shakudo hachimanza (decorative fixture at the central aperture) of four-tier with sugake odoshi (spaced lacing) and four hibiki-no-ana (small holes adjacent to protruding rivets with vestiges of textile), the maedate (fore-crest) of a large gilt inome-mon (family crest of boar's eyes)
Neck guard [shikoro]:
A five-tier itajikoro (neck-guard) of black lacquered iron plates, with large fukigaeshi (turn-backs) applied with gilt mitsudomoe-mon (family crest of mitsudomoe)
Accompanied by a certificate No.12042143 as Kisho tokubetsu hozon (Rare and especially worth of preservation) issued by the Kokusai Nihon Kachu Bugu Shinko Kyokai (International Society for the Promotion of Japanese Armor)
