Multi-piece construction, Maltese cross in gilded silver and well preserved white enamel, with four national eagles (Hoheitszeichen) between the arms of the cross, reverse with barrel hinge, rounded catch and tapered pin stamped "900" and "21". Size ca. 49.84 x 49.25 mm, weight 29.2 g. Original case of issue constructed of heavy pressed paper with a red leatherette exterior, embossed with a golden national eagle on the outside lid with a golden line on all four edges of the top lid, interior of the lid lined in off-white rayon, embossed "Verdienstkreuz II. Stufe des Ordens vom Deutschen Adler" in golden lettering on the inside of the lid, with a black recessed medal bed, functional clasp for opening and closing, intact interior hinge cover, functional exterior metal hinge. Extremely fine condition, size ca. 106 x 107 x 24 mm.

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
