Antoni Clavé (Barcelon 1913 - Saint Tropez 2005). Evocacion.1970. Farbcarborundum und Prägedruck, 76 x 56,5 cm, r. u. mit Bleistift sign. Clavé, l. u. num. 79/80 sowie Blindstempel 'L'Oeuvre Gravée', unter Glas gerahmt, ungeöffnet. - Spanischer Künstler. C. besuchte als junger Mann Abendklassen einer Malschule in Barcelona und war ab 1932 als Illustrator und Plakatkünstler tätig. Als Folge des spanischen Bürgerkriegs ließ C. sich 1939 in Paris nieder. 1944 lernte er dort Picasso kennen. 1946-52 schuf er Bühnbilder für viele Theater in Europa und Nordamerika. Seit 1954 arbeitete er als freischaffender Künstler. Mus.: London (Tate, Brit. Mus.), Barcelona, Bilbao, Tokio, Antibes (Mus. Picasso) u.a. Lit.: AKL, Vollmer.

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
