Lot 68 | Apollo 11 1969: Authentisches Kamera Filmfragment
Apollo 11 1969: Authentisches Kamera Filmfragment Apollo 11 1969: Authentic camera film fragment that was transported on the lunar surface with the Lunar Module Eagle. It is a small piece of photographic film that was part of a roll of 107 photos taken by Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin (2nd man on the moon) on the surface of the moon. It is mounted on a printed certificate about DIN A4 in size, which is signed "Richard W. Underwood". He was a Supervisory Aerospace Technologist at the Johnson Space Center in Houston. The text gives a summarized history of the film from the start on July 19, 1969 to the landing on July 22, 1969. In the lower left there are facsimile signatures of the crew over the Apollo 11 emblem. The document is framed and in good condition considering its age. The document is slightly soiled on the lower right front side.
