Neil Alden Armstrong betrat am 21. Juli 1969 als erster Mensch den Mond u. sprach den berühmten Satz: ╔"That's one small step for a man, one giant step for mankind".╗ Jedoch wurde dieser Satz in der Version "That's one small step for man, one giant step for mankind" überliefert u. so auch auf einer Gedenkmünze geprägt. Klemens Keyser war jedoch der Auffassung, in der Direktübertragung "a man" gehört zu haben u. fragte deswegen bei Neil Armstrong nach. Er erhielt die vorliegende Antwort: "The corrected version is the proper one, although I agree. It's difficult to understand in the radio transmission." - Mit Briefkopf "National Aeronautics and Space Administration". - Der Brief von Neil Armstrong ist einer der wenigen, die in den Handel gelangten u. stellt ein herausragendes Dokument der Zeitgeschichte dar.
