An important North German Gothic bronze mortar, 1st half of the 15th century
Bronze with a beautiful age patina. The slightly conical body mounted on a spreading stand, the rim slightly reinforced. The barrel segmented by fine bands, a border of six vertical ribs on the lower third. Two upward-canted handles on the sides. A raised house symbol on the body. In good condition with minor chipping on the rim and the base. Height 23 cm, diameter 19.5 cm. Weight 8997 g.

Bronze mit schöner Alterspatina. Leicht konischer Korpus auf ausgestelltem Stand, leicht verstärkte Lippe. Umlaufend feine Bandgliederung, im unteren Drittel umlaufend sechs vertikale Rippen. Zwei in der Höhe versetzte, seitliche Kanthenkel. Auf der Wandung reliefiertes Hauszeichen. Guter Zustand mit kleinen Ausbrüchen an Lippe und Standfuß. Höhe 23 cm, Durchmesser 19,5 cm. Gewicht 8997 g.

Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
