Tibet, 15.Century. Fire-Gilded Bronze. The Bodhisattva of wisdom, stands in a slightly sinuous tribhanga posture and with the outstretched Right hand in the gesture of wish-granting (varada mudra), his left Hand he holds a Lotus stalk, to the flowering of the sword of knowledge (khadga), as well as the book of wisdom (prajnaparamita). Necklace, big earrings and beads to decorate the body of the Bodhisattva, a richly decorated, five-pointed crown covered his head. He is wearing a up to the knees reaching loin-cloth. Jewelry and crown are studded with Turquoise. H 22.5 cm. With Plexiglass Base.
