Edition printed in Parma of this volume representing Parma monuments and landscapes commissioned by Charles-René de Bombelles, grand butler and third husband of Maria Luigia Habsburg-Lorraine, second wife of Napoleon who became Duchess of Parma in 1814, with whom he married in 1834, to commemorate the Duchess's influence on the city's culture and buildings.

6 parts in one volume, oblong folio (275 x 384mm). Frontiespiece with portrait of Maria Luigia, 69 plates mostly numbered (but bound in random order) in lithography with tissue paper, most of which by Deroy on drawings by Mazza, mostly depicting views of Parma and its surroundings, including 9 plates depicting medals, text in Italian, German and French (browning and foxing). Spine in contemporary calf decorated in gilt on leather covers (extremities rubbed).

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
