Rechteckiger, partiell schwarz gefasster, hölzerner Tisch mit seitlich vier klappbaren, scharniergelagerten und arretierbaren Seitenteilen auf leicht geschwungenen Füßen. Die Seitenteile und die Außenseite der Füße vollflächig mit ornamentalem Messing und rot unterlegtem Schildpatt eingelegt sowie mit feuervergoldeten (beriebenen) Beschlägen verziert. Maße der Platte 55 x 55 cm, ausgeklappt 89 x 89 cm, Höhe 73 cm.

A French Boulle folding table, 2nd half of the 19th century
The rectangular wooden table partially painted black, with four lateral folding, hinged and lockable side panels on slightly curved feet. The side panels and outer surfaces of the feet completely veneered with ornamental brass inlays and red underlaid tortoiseshell, embellished with fire-gilt (abraded) mounts. Dimensions of the top 55 x 55 cm, folded out 89 x 89 cm, height 73 cm.
