Elfenbein, Buchsbaum, Metall. Jeweils auf einem ovalen, gewölbten Rasensockel. Vollplastisch geschnitzte Figuren mit detailliert geschnitzter Tracht. Beide halten einen Gehstock mit Elfenbeinmontur, eine in Form eines Eichhörnchens (Stöcke herausnehmbar). Hände und Gesichter naturalistisch aus Elfenbein geschnitzt. Auf dem Rücken tragen sie einen messingmontierten Büttenkorb mit Steckdeckel. Ein Sockel mit Riss, die Augen und Finger der Frauenfigur mit Fehlstellen. Höhe 20 cm.

A pair of metal-mounted boxwood and ivory figures, sculptor of the 18th century in the manner of Simon Troger
Ivory, boxwood, metal. Either figure on an oval, domed brass base. Figures carved in detail and dressed in traditional attire. Both walking sticks featuring ivory pommels, one in the form of a squirrel (sticks removable). The ivory hands and faces carved in a naturalistic style. Carrying on their backs brass mounted baskets with push-on lids. One base with crack, the eyes and fingers of the female figure with losses. Height 20 cm.
