Aus Modelliermasse geformte und farbig gefasste Büste König Ludwigs in bayerischer Generalsuniform mit umhängendem Hubertusorden. Auf Piedestal aus Pappmaché mit Flammleisten und vergoldeten Auflagen aus Messing bzw. Kupfer. Montiert auf einen ebonisierten Sockel unter Glasglocke. Gesamthöhe 35 cm.
Carl Georg Barth (1859 - 1944) war ein Münchner Bildhauer. Er studierte an der dortigen Kunstakademie, war 1905 auf der internationalen Kunstausstellung im Glaspalast München vertreten und wurde dafür mit der kleinen goldenen Medaille ausgezeichnet. Barth wurde zum königlich bayerischen Professor ernannt und erhielt nach drei Jahren die große goldene Medaille zu Leipzig.

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
