Prächtiges Blumenbouquet
Auf einem dunklen Holztisch vor neutral gehaltenem Hintergrund die grüne, facettierte Glasvase, in der ein opulenter, farbenfroher Strauß aus Rosen, Trichterwinden, Lilien, Akeleien, Chrysanthemen und Primeln duftig arrangiert wurde. Feinmalerisch ausgeführtes, äußerst lebendiges, naturgetreues Blumenstück, das in Stil und Komposition deutliche Parallelen zu den Werken Caspar Hirschelys aufweist. Der böhmische Künstler erhielt seine Ausbildung bei Johann Adalbert Angermayer (1674 - 1740), orientierte sich aber in seinen meist um 1730 entstandenen Blumen- und Fruchtstillleben vielmehr an den niederländischen Meistern des 17. Jhs. wie Balthasar van der Ast (1593 - 1657) oder Roelant Savery (1576 - 1639). Öl/Lwd., doubliert. 64 cm x 49 cm. Rahmen.
