The piece of furniture served as a dividing piece of furniture between the dining area and the living area of ??the home of a RAI executive chief in Milan, with whom the Castiglioni family had documented working relationships for Italian radio and television. The conception of the furniture is documented by a sketch, which is still the property of the client's heirs
