Inscription and signature by the artist: „Painted by Chen Huan.“ One seal of the artist: “Chen Huan”. - Old and important European private collection, assembled before 1930 and between 1950 and 1980Besides the city wall and tower a scholar is sitting in a boat and watching the full moon reflected in the lake. Chen Huan, style name Ziwen, was a landscape painter in Suzhou. He mostly painted fans in the style Shen Zhou. Two fans by him dated 1593 and 1617 are mentioned in the sources

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments.
