CHEN WENXI/ CHEN WEN HSI (1906-1991) - China/Singapore, 20th ct. - Herons. Ink and light colors on paper, framed under glass. Signature: "painted by Wenxi" and a seal of the artist: "Chen". - From an old Austrian private collection, collected in the 1970s Chen Wenxi (1906-1991) was born in Jieyang of Guangdong province. In his youth, he already showed great talent and passion for art and painting. He studied in the Xinhua College of Art in Shanghai with renowned artists such as Pan Tianshou and had later solo exhibitions in Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Shanghai, etc. Since 1948, he lived in Singapore and worked as an art school teacher. After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
