Bronze, dark brown patinated. Partly cold painted. Face and hands ivory, painted. Onyx base, inscribed D.H. Chiparus (engraved). Crack to the back of the base. Height 62 cm.

Hier handelt es sich um eine der seltenen männlichen Darstellungen Chiparus. Großen Einfluss auf seine Darstellungen hatten die eleganten, leicht manirierten Tanzweisen des Ballet Russes von Serge Diaghilev.
