Quatre balustres sur piédouche, les couvercles dômés et repercés de motifs géométriques, deux gravés respectivement sous le piédouche des initiales 'GAP' et 'AB', ce dernier également gravé sur le corps d'un monogramme 'WAG', le dernier en forme d'urne à bordure perlée et gravé du crimier royal dans un collier de l'ordre de la Jarretière sous devise et couronne royale, poinçons: ville, titre, lettre-date (C,q, D et i) et maître-orfèvre
