Kaliber .44 Blackpowder, Nr. 50089, 112725, Nicht nummerngleich. Rauer gezogener Lauf, Länge 8". Sechsschüssige Trommel. Vorbereitet für einen Anschlagschaft. Auf der Laufoberseite einzeilige schwach erkennbare Firmierung, links am Rahmen "Colts Patent", Trommel mit Spuren der Patente. Lauf, Ladepresse, Trommel und Rahmen vernickelt (mit Fehlstellen). Trommel mit Spiel. Abzugsbügel, Griffrahmen und Griffschalen eines Colt Model 1873 SAA mit abweichender Seriennummer, patiniert und leicht bestoßen. Länge 35 cm. Dazu ein ledernes Holster mit geometrischem Dekor geprägt, etwas trocken und mit Gebrauchsspuren.
Die ungewöhnliche Kombination aus Model 1860 und Model 1873 legt nahe, dass man den seinerzeit veralteten Colt Army an die Scouts der US-Armee weitergegeben und nach einer Beschädigung bei einem Truppenteil wieder repariert hat.
