SUMMER, Donna (1948-2012). Document signed ("Donna Summer"), Munich, 14 October 1975. [With:] A partly-Xeroxed copy of a document signed, Munich, 15 July 1974.

In German. One page on Say Yes Music AG letterhead (file holes at left margin); 11 pages (stapled, creases).

Donna Summer's contract with Say Yes Music, with whom she would publish and produce her early hit songs including 'Love to Love You Baby,' and 'I Feel Love.' Say Yes Music was a publishing and production entity associated with Giorgio Moroder and Pete Bellotte, who composed many of the underlying compositions of Donna Summer's best known songs—most of which were recorded at Musicland Studios in Munich. The contract, executed in July 1974, set a three year term (ending 1 May 1977) and offered her 7% of the gross sales on the first 50,000 units sold, 8% up to 100,000 and 9% for sales over 100,000. During that term, Summer was obliged to produce at least four albums. The signed document, dated 14 October 1975, altered the notification period for terminating the contract. The final page stapled to the contract is a photocopy of a signed receipt from Donna Summer for 3,500 DM, received on 23 August 1974.

The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". Click on it and you will be on the auction catalog page, where you can easily find the category "Results". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
