Schwerer Bronze-Hohlguss, braun patiniert. Vollplastischer Kopf Friedrichs des Großen mit Dreispitz und Zopf. Seitliche Signatur "v. Uechtritz", rs. Gießerstempel "Lauchhammer Bildguss" und Nummer "24". Gebrauchs- und Altersspuren. Höhe 37 cm, Gewicht ca. 15 kg. Lebensnahe Figur des gealterten Königs, die seine majestätische Würde treffend zum Ausdruck bringt.
Cuno von Uechtritz-Steinkirch, seit 1887 in Berlin ansässiger Bildhauer, seit 1899 Professor, schuf unter anderem das Moltkedenkmal in Breslau, das Standbild des Kurfürsten Georg Wilhelm in der Siegesallee/Berlin und das Bismarck-Denkmal in Grimmen.

Heavy hollow cast bronze, brown patina. Bust of Frederick the Great with tricorn hat and ponytail. Signed "v. Uechtritz" on the side, "Lauchhammer Bildguss" foundry stamp and number "24" on the reverse. Signs of use and age. Height 37 cm, weight ca. 15 kg. Realistic portrayal of the king in his later years, adequately reflecting his royal dignity.
Cuno von Uechtritz-Steinkirch, Berlin-based sculptor since 1887, professor since 1899, created the Moltke monument in Breslau, the statue of Elector Georg Wilhelm in the Siegesallee/Berlin, and the Bismarck monument in Grimmen.
