Rare first edition, first issue in a fine dust-jacket. Octavo. With F-H on copyright page (occasional marginal mark). Original green cloth, titles to spine and upper board in red and black (small burn mark on upper board); original dust-jacket without the price on the front flap (lightly rubbed dust-jacket, one minor closed tear).

First edition. Octavo. (Lightly toned.) Original black boards, titles to spine in silver, blindstamped rondel to upper board (spine ends very faintly bruised, endpapers a little browned); original dust-jacket (somewhat rubbed, with a few nicks and short closed tears, one small hole in spine panel).

— Saint Johnson. New York: The Dial Press, 1930.
First edition of the author’s third book in the dust-jacket. Octavo. Original red cloth with publisher’s blind stamp to upper board, titles to spine in gilt; original pictorial dust-jacket (lightly tanned and faded, a couple of minor chips and closed tears). Provenance: McClelland & Co., Booksellers, Columbus — contemporary ownership inscription to endpaper.
