Silver, chased, embossed, partly gilt. Master's mark "NS" (Rosenberg 3, number 1585), Gdansk hallmark (Rosenberg, number 1497). Height 20, diameter 18 cm. Ca. 1072 g.

Der walzenförmige Humpen über einem runden, profilierten, ornamental geschmückten Fuß mit glattem Rand zeigt auf der Wandung Darstellungen aus der biblischen Emmausgeschichte. Das Lukasevangelium vom Ostermontag handelt vom sogenannten Emmausgang. Zwei Jünger Jesu, Simeon und Kleophas, treffen auf ihrem Weg nach Emmaus unterwegs den auferstandenen Christus, den sie anfangs allerdings nicht erkennen. Die drei gehen den Weg weiter zusammen, die Jünger erkennen ihn aber erst später, als er mit ihnen beim Abendmahl zusammen sitzt und das Brot bricht.

Gezeigt sind vier Darstellungen vor einem fein ausgearbeiteten Landschaftshintergrund und Architekturelementen mit halbreliefierten Figuren. Sie zeigen umlaufend einen Jünger mit Fackel vor dem Grab Jesu, den Gang nach Emmaus mit Christus mit Strahlenkranz, dem ein Jünger an der Hand hält und den Wegs weist, die Szene am Tisch, von einem Jünger in bewegter Laufpose den Brotteller tragend und alle drei beim Mahl, als Christus das Brot bricht. Der leicht aufgewölbte Deckel ist mit einem ornamentalen Friesband dekoriert, oben glatt mit Kugelknauf. Der gebogene Henkel läuft am Korpus-Ansatz volutenförmig aus, die Daumenrast ist verzweigt.
