Circulaires, les marlis repoussés d'enroulements et de masques de femme Renaissance encadrant quatre médaillons ovales centrés d'un monstre marin, le fond repoussé de quatre cartouches figurant la naissance de Vénus, un putto chevauchant un dauphin et un homme attrapant un canard, un autre attaquant un canard, l'ombilic repoussé au centre des armoiries des Vico sous une coiffe d'évêque dans une couronne d'enroulements et grotesques, poinçons: sur l'un, ville, date-millésimée et maître-orfèvre, sur l'autre, ville et essayeur

Les armoiries au centre de l'ombilic sont celles de l'évêque Pietro Vico d'Oristano, plus tard évêque de Cagliari (1601-1678), vice-roi intérimaire de Sardaigne en 1661-1662.
