Die Sieben Medizinbuddhas bilden eine einheitlich Gruppe. In ihrer Mitte befindet sich der Medizinbuddha Bhaishajyaguru. Alle Buddhas haben unterschiedliche Mudras. Das Attribut des Medizinbuddhas ist verloren gegangen. In seiner rechten nach unten gewandten Hand hielt er einen Zweig mit einer Medizinfrucht. An dem rechten Schienbein des Buddha sind zwei kleine Löcher zu erkennen, die der Befestigung dieses Attributs dienten. Buddha Shakyamuni, der auch der Gruppe der Medizinbuddhas hinzugerechnet wird, fehlt in dieser Gruppe, und ist durch die kleine Silberfigur ersetzt worden. Shakyamunis Geste der rechten Hand ist die der Erdanrufung. Seine linke Hand ruht im Schoß und hält eine Almosenschale. Kupferlegierung mit Resten von Goldauflage und Pigmenten, auf der Rückseite befinden sich angegossene Halterungen zur Aufnahme von Aureolen, die aber nicht vorhanden sind.
