Dienstrock aus feinem schwarzen Tuch, glatte Buntmetallknöpfe, schwarzes Seidenfutter mit Trägeretikett. Dazu ein eleganter, zweireihiger Uniformrock aus schwarzgrünem Tuch mit vergoldeten Knöpfen (Blütenmotiv), Ordensschlaufen, aufwendiger Ärmelbesatz aus gold-silberner Plattschnur (vereinzelt vom Tuchgrund gelöst), silbervergoldete Kragenstickerei (gedunkelt). Schwarzes, abgestepptes Innenfutter mit einer Brustinnentasche.
Japanisches Schwert mit Bügelgefäß aus vergoldetem Buntmetall, Fischhautgriff mit separater, kurzer Holzklinge in leinenummantelter Scheide mit japanisch beschriftetem Leinenfutteral und beschrifteter Holzbox (Maße 90 x 16 x 12 cm, zwei Deckelleisten fehlen). Dazu ein Brustbildnis, Öl auf Leinwand (Maße 46 x 34cm), signiert "HiD. Katano, Aug. '07". Laut Einliefererangabe das Schwert von "Taro Nakamura", als Erinnerung an den Russisch-Japanischen Krieg 1904-05.

A large set of uniform and equipment belonging to a lieutenant of the 1st Infantry Regiment of the Imperial Army, 1930s/40s
The tunic of the service uniform in khaki-coloured worsted cloth with red cuffs, collar patches (the regiment number "1" has been removed), two shoulder boards in the rank of lieutenant, gilt zinc buttons, orders loops, silky brown lining (minor losses to the fabric, old repairs). Comes with the matching overcoat in the same cloth with shoulder boards for a lieutenant, gilt buttons, the lining stamped. Moreover, the ceremonial uniform with kepi in red worsted cloth (small moth holes), appliquéd flat, gold cord, an embossed, gilt emblem appliquéd at the front. Black chinstrap on gilt petal buttons, black lacquered peak, dark brown silk lining (with an embroidered name), black leather sweatband. In a lidded, light brown cardboard box (Japanese characters, the lid repaired with adhesive tape). Also, a plume in a greyish-blue cardboard case (incomplete).
The double-breasted dress tunic in fine black cloth with red piping and cuffs, trimmed in gold cord (coming away from the cloth in places) and gilt buttons, orders loops, silky black lining with two inside pockets, the tailor's label "T. FUKUSHIMA KOZIMACHI TOKIO'' inside the collar. Includes the trousers in the same cloth with red stripes on the side seams, black plastic buttons. Furthermore, in two wooden boxes, the braided, gold ceremonial shoulder boards, each with one silver star, a gold sword knot and the white and red parade sash with two tassels in its storage box. Plus a pair of soft gloves in pale leather and a black leather sword belt, lined in blue fabric, with a gilt buckle. Also comes with a small portrait of the wearer on copper, four small porcelain cups and two small silver goblets in a blue silk box. Slightly damaged in places, signs of age.
Extensive, exceptionally distinguished uniform set in fine condition.

The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". Click on it and you will be on the auction catalog page, where you can easily find the category "Results". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
