Japan. Edo to Meiji period.

Wood, gofun and pigments painted. a) mask of the type fukai, wörtlicHöhe: 'Deep well'. On the painted back side in gold lacquer, the kao of the Daimyô family of Kaga Maeda. 18. Century height 20.5 cm, width 13.3 cm. Condition B. as amended rubbed more.
b) a mask in the style of a ko-omote. 19./20. Century height 21.4 cm, width 13.4 cm. On the reverse in red lacquer, and ink: 'ko-omote'. Condition A/B.
c) a mask in the style of a ko omote for Kagura. On the back of an unread seal. sp. 19./fr. 20. Century height 21.2 cm, width 13.3 cm. Condition B. Bestoßungen, as amended by
