THREE FINE MINIATURE PAINTINGS - INDIA, 19th c. - The remarkably fine and high-quality polychrome gouache paintings with gold highlights depict scenes from the life of Krishna. The scenes are worked in the Mughal style and offer a glimpse of very splendid Mughal palace architecture with numerous depictions of figures. The main action focuses on Krishna and the queen "Rukimi", surrounded by servants. Very fine border decorations, including minute depictions of animals. - From an important private collection in northern Germany, collected mainly in India from the early 1950s until the 1980s

Die bemerkenswert feinen und qualitätvollen polychromen Gouachemalereien mit Goldhöhungen stellen Szenen aus dem Leben von Krishna dar. Die Szenerien sind im Moghul-Stil gearbeitet und bieten Einblick in sehr prächtige Moghul-Palast Architektur mit zahlreichen Figurendarstellungen. Das Hauptgeschehen konzentriert sich auf Krishna und die Königin "Rukimi", umgeben von Dienerinnen. Sehr feine Randverzierungen u.a. mit minuziösen Tierdarstellungen.

The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
