Polierte Stichklinge mit Mittelgrat. Vergoldetes Gefäß mit reliefiertem, gestochenem Dekor und angesetzten, durchbrochenen Ornamenten, auf dem Griffstück Dedikation "SCHNEKTA PETER EZREDES ELVTARSNAK 1971.NOV.4. A HONVEDELMI MINISZTERTUL" (übers. "Dem Genossen Oberstleutnant Peter Schnekta - 4. November 1971 - Der Minister für Verteidigung"). Blau-grün lackierte/emaillierte Scheide mit goldenen Beschlägen, Einfassungen und Ornamenten sowie abschließender dunkler Marmorkugel am Ort. Länge mit Scheide ca. 31,5 cm. Im roten Verleihungsetui mit roter Samteinlage, Maße ca. 35 x 11 x 5 cm.

A dagger of the Hungarian Defence Ministry
No maker, polished steel blade, ornate gold-plated cross-guard with semi-precious stones inset in decorative cut-out motif. Gold-plated grip with dedication plate engraved “SCHNEKTA PETER EZREDES ELVTARSNAK 1971.NOV.4. A HONVEDELMI MINISZTERTUL” and red octagonal-shaped stone inset at top of grip. Scabbard of blue-green enameling with gold inlay accents, a round marble stone inset at tip. Length ca. 31.5 cm. Includes red leather case, size ca. 35 x 11 x 5 cm. Extremely rare. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
