A WOOD RELIEF OF "THE ENNOBLEMENT OF HAN XIN" China, 19th/20th century Wood. 45x95.5x4.5 cm. The relief depicts that the first emperor of the Han Dynasty Liu Bang is giving Han Xin the sword and the general seal and names him Marshal at the podium. With traces of age, slightly damaged. Gebrauchsspuren. "The Ennoblement of Han Xin" is a classic folk historical story that has been transformed into a variety of art forms such as theatre and painting.
