Mündung und Laufansatz mit eingelegten Goldbändern. Über der Kammer in Gold eingelegte Signatur "Tanner in Hannover". Brünierte Schlösser mit fein graviertem Rankendekor, die Hähne mit klappbaren Pistonschonern. Auf den Schlossplatten goldgefütterte Marken mit Signatur "Tanner Hannover". Abzüge mit justierbaren Rückstechern. Halbschäfte aus Nussbaumholz, die Kolben mit feinem Fischhautverschnitt. Vakante silberne Daumenplatten, brünierte eiserne Garnituren mit graviertem floralen Dekor. Originale Ladestöcke mit Messingdoppern. Länge je 37,5 cm.
In Kasten aus Nussbaumholz, auf dem Deckel eingelassener klappbarer Tragegriff aus Messing. Abschließbar, Schlüssel liegt bei. Das Innere mit grünem Filz ausgekleidet, im Deckel eingeklebtes Herstelleretikett aus Papier. Fünf Innenfächer mit abhebbaren Deckeln, darin Zubehör bestehend aus Putz- und Ladestock, Pulvermaß, Kugelzange und Pulverflasche. Maße des Kastens 6,5 x 42 x 27,5 cm.
Carl Daniel Tanner (1791 - 1858) arbeitet anfänglich in der Gewehrfabrik von Crause in Herzberg, wird 1827 selbständig und zieht 1829 nach Hannover. Arbeitet später für den dortigen Hof und wird "Hofrüstmeister".

The octagonal barrels in blued wrapped Damascus steel, bores in 14 mm calibre with fine hair rifling. Dovetailed sights in iron with adjustable rear sights. The muzzle and root of the barrel with inlaid gold bands. The signature "Tanner in Hannover" inlaid in gold at the breech. Blued locks with finely engraved decorative tendrils, the cocks with folding nipple protectors. Gold-inlaid marks with the signature "Tanner Hannover" on the lock plates. Adjustable single set triggers. The half stocks in walnut, the butts with fine chequering. Vacant silver thumb plates, blued iron furniture with engraved floral ornaments. Original ramrods with brass tips. Length of each 37.5 cm.
In a walnut case, a folding brass handle inset on the lid. Lockable, the key is included. The interior lined in green felt, the manufacturer's paper label pasted into the lid. Five interior compartments with removable lids, containing accessories consisting of cleaning rod and ramrod, powder measure, bullet mould and powder flask. Dimensions of the case 6.5 x 42 x 27.5 cm.
Carl Daniel Tanner (1791 - 1858) started work in the Crause armaments factory in Herzberg, became independent in 1827 and moved to Hannover in 1829. He later worked for the court there and was appointed "Hofrüstmeister" (court gun maker).

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
