Achtkantige, in Rund übergehende Läufe mit leicht ausgestellten Mündungen und glatten Seelen im Kaliber 17,5 mm. Am Laufansatz jeweils graviertes Laufmachermonogramm "EK". Schlösser mit gewölbten Radabdeckungen und außenliegenden Sicherungshebeln. Gerade Hähne mit innenliegenden Hahnfedern, Pfannen mit gefederten Abdeckungen um den Auslöseknopf. Auf der Gegenseite verschraubte eiserne Gürtelspangen. Eiserne Abzugsbügel, ein Bügel verloren. Vollschäfte aus Nussbaumholz mit aufwändigen Einlagen aus graviertem und geschwärztem Bein. Der hintere Schaft und die Knaufkugel ganzflächig mit feinem Spiraldekor aus Spannwerk und Punkten eingelegt. Beide Pistolen mit Fehlstellen am Vorderschaft, eine Pistole mit beschädigter Einlage am Abzug. Länge je 58 cm.
Seltenes, frühes Paar Radschlosspuffer mit aufwändig gearbeiteten Beineinlagen. Unberührter Zustand, durch fachgerechte Reinigung und Restaurierung gut zu verbessern.

Octagonal, then round, smooth bore barrels in 17.5 mm calibre with slightly flared muzzles. The roots of both barrels engraved with the barrel maker's monogram "EK". The locks with domed wheel covers and external safety levers. Straight cocks with internal trigger springs, pans with spring-loaded covers around the release button. Iron belt clasps mounted with screws on the opposite side. Iron trigger guards, one guard is missing. Walnut full stocks with elaborate inlays of engraved and blackened bone. The rear stock and the spherical butt end entirely covered with fine spiral inlays composed of shavings and dots. Both pistols with defects on the forearm, one pistol with a damaged inlay on the trigger. Length of each 58 cm.
A rare, early pair of wheellock puffers with ostentatious bone inlays. Untouched condition, can easily be improved by cleaning and expert restoration.
