Achtkantige, mittig leicht eingezogene Läufe mit originaler Glanzbrünierung, siebenfach gezogenen Seelen im Kaliber 15 mm. Eingeschobene Visierungen aus feuervergoldetem und graviertem Messing. Auf den Laufoberseiten silbereingelegte Signatur "CHRESTEN KOERBER À INGELFINGEN". Auf der ganzen Lauflänge jeweils fein in Silber eingelegter Ranken- und Blütendekor. Perkussionierte Schlösser mit kleinem Feuerschirm, die Oberflächen mit alter Bunthärtung. Abzüge mit justierbarem Stecher. Fein verschnittene Vollschäfte aus reich gemasertem Nussbaumholz, mit aufwendigen, durchbrochen gearbeiteten Garnituren aus Silber. Im Griffbereich fein gewaffelt mit silberner Zierbenagelung, silberne Abzugsbügel mit hölzernen Handauflagen. Wangen und Kolbenkastendeckel mit kleiner eingelegter Windrose aus Perlmutt und Horn, auf dem Kolben fein in Silber eingelegte Ranken mit halbplastischen Blättern und Eicheln. Kolbenkästen mit federverriegelten Schubdeckeln. Goldene(?) Daumenplatten mit graviertem Monogramm "WD". Spiralig durchbrochene Ladestockröhrchen, originale Ladestöcke mit silbernen Doppern. Länge je 111 cm.
Christian Koerber in Ingelfingen, Vater und Sohn mit identischem Namen, tätig ca. 1750 - 1830. Der Vater war Hofbüchsenmeister des Fürsten zu Hohenlohe sowie des Herzogs von Württemberg.

The octagonal barrels slightly constricted in the middle, with the original, highly polished bluing. Seven-groove rifled bores in 15 mm calibre. Dovetailed sights in fire-gilt and engraved brass. The signature "CHRESTEN KOERBER À INGELFINGEN" inlaid in silver on the tops of the barrels. The entire length of both barrels covered in fine tendrils and floral decoration inlaid in silver. The locks converted to percussion ignition with a small flash guard, old colour case hardening on the surfaces. Adjustable set triggers. The delicately carved full stocks in beautifully grained walnut, embellished with ostentatious openwork furniture in silver. Finely chequered grip area with ornamental silver studs, silver trigger guards with wooden hand rests. The cheekpieces and patch-box covers with a small compass rose inlaid in mother-of-pearl and horn. Fine, silver-inlaid tendrils on the butt with foliage and acorns in half relief. The patch boxes with sliding lids on spring catches. Gold (?) thumb plates engraved with the monogram "WD". The ramrod pipes made of spiral openwork, the original ramrods with silver tips. Length of each 111 cm.
Christian Koerber of Ingelfingen, father and son of the same name, active between approx. 1750 and 1830. The father was master gunsmith at the court of the House of Hohenlohe and the Duke of Württemberg.
