AN ASSOCIATED GROUP OF A KOZUKA, A PAIR OF MENUKI AND A PAIR OF FUCHI-KASHIRA
Japan, 18th/19th century Copper alloy. L. 3.5-9.6 cm. Including a pair of shakudo nanako fuchi-kashira, a nanako-ground kozuka and a pair of menuki, all partially gilt and depicting or in the form of Japanese samurai warriors battling on boats, the fuchi is signed ''Mogarashi Soten''. With traces of age, partially scratched. Provenance: From a North German private collection.

Das Konvolut umfasst ein Paar nanako-grundige Fuchi-Kashira aus Shakudo, ein nanako-grundiges Kozuka und ein Paar Menuki, alle teilvergoldet und mit Darstellung oder in Form japanischer Samurai-Krieger, die auf Booten kämpfen. Das Fuchi hat Signatur ''Mogarashi Soten''. Part. ber., mit Altersspuren. Provenienz: Aus einer norddeutschen Privatsammlung.
