Von achtkantig in 16-kantig in rund übergehender Lauf mit glatter Seele im Kaliber 12,5 mm. Über der Kammer geschlagene Laufmachersignatur "GIO. BATTA. GUERINI". Die gewölbte Schlossplatte mit gravierter Signatur "Vincenzo Morino". Schlossplatte und Hahn mit tief gestochenem Rankendekor. Vollschäftung aus schön gemasertem Nussbaumholz, der Vorderschaft alt angesetzt. Am Vorderschaft mehrere restaurierte Bruchstellen, der Bereich der Nase ergänzt. Hochwertig gearbeitete, tief geschnittene eiserne Garnitur mit Darstellung von Schlangen zwischen Blütenranken. Der Abzugsbügel bezeichnet "N 15. R 12". Geschnittene eiserne Ladestockröhrchen, ergänzter hölzerner Ladestock mit Horndopper. Die Schrauben des Abzugsbügels und eine Schlossschraube modern erneuert. Länge 46,5 cm.

Two-stage, smooth-bore barrel, octagonal then hexadecagonal (16 sided), in 12.5 mm calibre. The barrel maker's signature "GIO. BATTA. GUERINI" struck at the breech. The domed lock plate engraved with the signature "Vincenzo Morino". The lock plate and cock deeply etched with decorative tendrils. The full stock in beautifully grained walnut, the forearm attached in old times. Several restored fractures on the forearm, the nose section replaced. The superbly wrought, deeply chased iron furniture depicting serpents amidst floral tendrils. The trigger guard inscribed "N 15. R 12". Chiselled iron ramrod pipes, replacement wooden ramrod with horn tip. The screws of the trigger guard and one lock screw replaced in modern times. Length 46.5 cm.
