Commentaire :
Peintre de portraits et dernière élève de sa tante Élisabeth Vigée Le Brun, elle fut également élève de Jean-Baptiste Regnault et du Baron Gros. Elle expose au Salon sous son nom de jeune fille Lebrun de 1819 à 1824 puis sous son nom de femme mariée Tripier LeFranc de 1831 à 1845. Elle expose régulièrement dans le nord de la France notamment à Lille. En 1843, elle donne au Louvre les portraits peints par sa tante dont « la tendresse maternelle » (1786) et le portrait de Hubert Robert (1788). L’atelier d’Eugénie Tripier Lefranc situé rue Joubert à Paris fut probablement incendié en 1871. On ne lui connait pas de vue romaine alors qu’elle y a probablement séjourné sur les conseils de son maitre REGNAULT.

Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments.
