22,5 cm langer Griff mit "Fächerknauf" und einem schwalbenschwanzförmigen Unterteil, das die Klinge im Überfangguss einschließt. Dazwischen die vierkantige Handhabe. Die Rippe zwischen den Enden des Knaufs fein ziseliert mit von Dreiecken begrenzter Gruppe aus parallelen Linien. Die Flächen zwischen den Linien mit Querstrichen versehen. Die sich zur Spitze hin kontinuierlich verjüngende Schwertklinge mit breiter, flacher Mittelrippe, von der aus die Fasen zur Schneide hin abgeschrägt sind. Minimale Scharten an den Schneiden. Schöne dunkelgrüne Patina, partiell mit braunen Inkrustationen bedeckt. Gesamtlänge 78,5 cm. Eindrucksvolles, außergewöhnlich langes und überdurchschnittlich gut erhaltenes Exemplar eines Fächerknaufschwerts.

The grip measuring 22.5 cm with a "fan pommel" and a dovetail shaped lower section, enclosing the blade in cast-over technique. In between, the quadrangular handle. The rib between the ends of the pommel is finely chiselled with a group of parallel lines bordered by triangles. The spaces between the lines embellished with horizontal dashes. The blade tapers continuously towards the point with a wide, flat central rib, from which the chamfers are offset towards the cutting edge. Minimal notches on the cutting edge. Beautiful dark green patina, partially covered in brown incrustation. Total length 78.5 cm. Imposing, exceptionally long example of a fan-pommel sword in unusually good condition.

The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". Click on it and you will be on the auction catalog page, where you can easily find the category "Results". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
