Alte Privatsammlung, laut Überlieferung in den 1950er Jahren in Japan gekauft, vom jetzigen Besitzer aus dieser Sammlung erworben
Fang Zong stammte aus der Provinz Zhejiang und diente als Hofmaler in der Qianlong-Zeit (1736-1795). Er lernte die Landschaftsmalerei bei Zhang Zongcang (1686-1755), einem der Lieblingsmaler des Qianlong-Kaisers. Auch die Gemälde von Fang Zong erhielten die Gunst des Kaisers, der sie persönlich mit Inschriften versah. Im Nationalen Palastmuseum in Taipeh werden acht hängende Schriftrollen, eine Handrolle und drei Alben von Fang Zong aus der Qianlong-Sammlung aufbewahrt. Diese feine Miniatur-Handrolle zeigt den typischen Stil der Literatenmalerei in der Tradition von Huang Gongwang (1269-1354), die am Qianlong-Hof beliebt war. Möglicherweise gehörte sie einst zu einem der kleinen Miniaturkabinette (duobaoge) des Qianlong-Kaisers, in denen alle Arten von Miniaturkunstgegenständen wie Porzellan, Bronzegegenstände, Jade und Miniaturrollen mit Malerei und Kalligraphie aufbewahrt wurden. The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". Click on it and you will be on the auction catalog page, where you can easily find the category "Results". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
