Buchenholz, massiv gebogen, Geflecht. 96x56,5x66,5cm. Prägestempel "THONET".
Von diesem Fauteuil gibt es ein schichtverleimtes Exemplar, welches einen Sitzrahmen mit
den bekannten äußeren Verdickungen des Sitzrings im Bereich der Auflagen der Kapitelle
hat. Dies unterstützt insofern die Annahme, dass mit den entsprechenden Sesseln auch die
Fauteuils hergestellt wurden und bestätigt die bereits im Zusammenhang mit den anderen
Fauteuils geäußerte Vermutung, dass eine fehlende Abbildung nicht als Beleg dafür genommen
werden kann, dass ein Modell zu dieser Zeit nicht produziert wurde. Auf dem frühesten
Verkaufsplakat von 1859 sind bereits 14 verschiedene Sessel aber nur 5 Fauteuils
abgebildet, unter den Fauteuils nicht die Modellnummer 7, obwohl durch das eine
existierende Exemplar eine frühere Produktion unzweifelhaft belegt ist. Bei diesem Modell
hier sind die Armlehnen in die Rücklehne eingehängt

Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
