Schalen dieses Typs wurden bei archäologischen Ausgrabungen in den kaiserlichen Brennöfen aus der Ming-Dynastie gefunden, siehe Liu Xinyuan 'Imperial Porcelain of the Yongle and Xuande perios Excavated from the Site of the Ming Imperial Factory at Jingdezhen', Hongkong, 1989. PDF A. 424).
