Halbmondförmiger Anhänger. An den unteren Enden je ein aufgesetzter flacher Knopf. Oberständig eine Queröse. Der Halbmondkörper besitzt eine Rahmung aus Perldraht, Flechtband und Draht. Das Innenfeld zeigt feinste Spiralkreise und Filigranperlen. Beeindruckende kräftige Goldfarbe. Intakt. Länge 2,9 cm. Höhe 3,1 cm. Gewicht 5,6 g. Schönes Amulett, das den Träger oder die Trägerin beschützen sollte.
Provenienz: Aus moselländischer Privatsammlung. Erworben auf dem deutschen und französischen Kunstmarkt zwischen 1990 und 2010.
A fine Roman Lunula amulet, 1st - 3rd century
Crescent-shaped golden pendant. One flat button at each end. A transverse eyelet at the top. On the front side of the crescent finest spiral circles and filigree beads. Gold. Intact. Length 2.9 cm. Height 3.1 cm. Weight 5.6 g.
Provenance: German private collection, acquired on the art market between 1990 and 2010.

Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
