Field-grey wool with scalloped and pleated breast pockets, slash hip pockets with scalloped flaps, five-button front, field-grey collar with single hook closure, button cuffs. Olive color buttons with fouled anchor motif, small ribbon bar above left breast pocket.
Machine-embroidered breast eagle in gold thread on field grey backing, hand-applied. Collar insignia of grey litzen with dark green center and golden-yellow stripes, machine-applied. Shoulder straps of matching uniform cloth, machine-embroidered unfouled anchor with flaming shell in yellow thread, sewn into shoulder seam.
