Part. min. restauriert Rahmen. Dr. Michele Danieli schreibt das Gemälde Filippo Napoletano und seiner Werkstatt zu. Vor allem die stilistischen Ähnlichkeiten in der Ausgestaltung der Landschaft sprechen für eine Arbeit Napoletanos, der u. a. für die Medici Familie tätig war. Im vorgestellten Gemälde wird ein in der italienischen Malerei sehr selten wiedergegebenes Thema des 'Palla col bracciale' abgebildet. Es handelt sich bei dieser Sportart um eine Vorform des Tennis, das mit mehreren Spielern ausgeführt und bei dem der Ball mit einer Art hölzernem Handschuh auf das gegnerische Feld geschlagen wird. In Italien erfreute man sich dieser Sportart vom 16. bis in das frühe 20. Jahrhundert. The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
