SILK TAPESTRY WITH CROQUET SET AFTER DAVID TENIERS THE YOUNGER.

Flanders.

Acquired in 1905 from the former art dealer Bernheimer Fine Old Masters, Munich. Since then in southern German family ownership.

Genre depictions in the style of 'Peasants Playing Croquet' by Thomas van Apshoven and 'Peasants Playing Ball' by David Teniers the Younger (inv. no.
