Nicht tragbare runde bronzefarbene Plakette mit reliefierter Darstellung eines HJ-Jungen mit einem Modellflugzeug vor Sonnenrad, entsprechender Umschrift zwischen Berliner Stadtwappen sowie Gravur "II. Flugpreis 1938 für -Antriebsmodelle Ausscheidungsfliegen Kreis III". Durchmesser 139 mm.
Hans Meinshausen war von 1930 bis 1933 der stellvertretende Gauleiter von Berlin. Meinshausens Sekretärin während dieser Zeit war Magda Quandt, die spätere Ehefrau von Dr. Josef Goebbels. Seit 1931 war er Reichsredner der NSDAP. Ab 1932 Mitglied des Reichstags für den Wahlkreis 2 (Berlin). Am 13. März 1933 wurde Meinshausen "Staatskommissar zur Wahrnehmung der Geschäfte des Stadtschulrats" in Berlin.
