FRANKLAND, Robert (1784-1849)

Eight Representations of Shooting, Engraved by Woodman and Turner. Cambridge: 1813.

This set was later re-issued c.1830 by S. Knights, Sweetings Alley, Royal Exchange. A plate from the re-issued set is in the Department of Prints and Drawings at the Victoria & Albert Museum. Bobins IV, 1179; Schwerdt I, p. 186; Tooley 230.

Original printed wrappers (possibly lacking rear wrapper, re-backed with modern cloth tape, extremities rubbed, some staining); four-flap enclosure of green cloth and leather spine lettered in gilt.
