In ihrem frühen Brustporträt von 1794 schildert sie sich im Alter von 21 oder 22 Jahren ganz damenhaft und selbstbewusst in der Mode der Zeit, gewandet in ein dunkelblaues Kleid über einer weißen Bluse. Im Ausdruck hervorgehoben hat sie ihre großen, glänzenden Augen. Das Gemälde zeigt hierbei einen empfindsam-klassizistischen Malstil. Von ihrem einst umfangreichen Oeuvre hat sich nur weniges erhalten, Professor Helmut Börsch-Supan konnte nur circa 65 Gemälde der Porträt- und Genremalerin nachweisen, die aus einer bedeutenden Künstlerfamilie stammte. Ihr Vater war Christian Friedrich Reinhold Lisiewski, bei dem sie in Berlin und Ludwigslust auch ihre erste Ausbildung erhielt. Schon 1786 fertigte sie zwei Pastell-Porträts von Herzogin Luise an. Ab 1792 ermöglichte ihr ein Stipendium des herzoglichen Paares, in Berlin Schülerin von Christian Bernhard Rode, dem Direktor der Akademie zu werden. 1793 nahm man sie als Ehrenmitglied der Akademie der Künste in Berlin auf. Mit über 50 Bildnissen und Genrebildern war die Künstlerin auf den Berliner Akademieausstellungen 1793-1806, 1810, 1822, 1826 und 1826-1840 vertreten. Öl/Lwd.; Verso sign. u. dat. First of all, you should register to be able to purchase at auction. The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". Click on it and you will be on the auction catalog page, where you can easily find the category "Results". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
