Gefaltetes Doppelblatt aus Pergament, innen beidseitig bedruckt mit handschriftlichen Einträgen und rotem Wachssiegel. Dem "Grafen de Belle Isle Feld Wachtmeister gewesener Staabs Off der Hohenlohe Regiment Commandirend zu Toulon" wird die Würde eines "Commandeurs" verliehen, datiert Paris, 25.8.1816, darunter in Tinte die Signatur "Louis Prince de Hohenlohe Bartenstein". Außerdem ein vierseitiger handschriftlicher Brief in französischer Sprache des "Commandeur Archiviste de l'Ordre Noble du Phénix" vom 10.10.1818 (letztes Blatt mit kleinen Fehlstellen). Partiell leicht beschädigt, Altersspuren. Maße 33 x 23 cm und 24 x 18 cm.

Folded double-page parchment sheet, the inside imprinted on both sides, with handwritten entries and red wax seal. Stating that (tr.) "Count de Belle Isle field sergeant former staff officer of the Hohenlohe regiment commanding at Toulon" is awarded the rank of "Commandeur", dated Paris, 25 August 1816, underneath it ink signature "Louis Prince de Hohenlohe Bartenstein". Furthermore, a four-page handwritten letter in French by the "Commandeur Archiviste de l'Ordre Noble du Phénix" dated 10 October 1818 (last sheet with minor flaws). Slightly damaged in places, traces of age. Dimensions 33 x 23 cm and 24 x 18 cm.
