Geschnitzte und farbig gefasste hölzerne Portraitbüste des Feldmarschalls Radetzky, Maße 60 x 50 x 30 cm. Sichtlich beschädigt, der Farbauftrag nur noch in Resten vorhanden. Neuzeitlicher Holzbalken zur Wandbefestigung.
Die Schraubenfregatte "Radetzky" wurde 1872 in Dienst gestellt. Sie diente zuletzt als Wohnhulk und wurde in den 1920er Jahren im Hafen von Venedig abgewrackt. Die Galionsfigur wurde von einem italienischen Hafenarbeiter als Souvenir gerettet.

Portrait bust of Feldmarschall Radetzky, carved in wood and painted in colour, measuring 60 x 50 x 30 cm. Visibly damaged, only remnants of the paint preserved. On a modern wooden beam for wall mounting.
The screw frigate "Radetzky" was commissioned in 1872. She was last used as a barracks ship before being scrapped in the 1920s in the port of Venice. The figurehead was rescued as a souvenir by an Italian dockworker.
