Das Käppi aus feinem weißen Tuch mit rotem Bund mit umlaufend silbernen Generalsstickereien und zwei darüberliegenden silbernen Ranglitzen (Tenente Generale), das Emblem in Silberdraht- und Paillettenstickerei auf rotem Tuch. Schwarz lackierter Schirm (narbig) und Riemen. Silberne Trophäenknöpfe. Schwarzes Lederschweißband mit goldenem Zierrand, grünes Seidenfutter mit Herstellerprägung "Unione Militare Roma". Zusammen mit goldenem Portepee und Säbelgehänge mit blau durchzogener Silberlitze auf schwarzem Leder in Hutschachtel.

The kepi made of fine white cloth with a red headband, a border of silver embroidery for generals and two overlying silver rank braids (Tenente Generale), the emblem embroidered in silver wire and sequins on red cloth. Black lacquered peak (pitted) and strap, silver trophy buttons. Black leather sweatband with a decorative gold border, green silk lining embossed with the manufacturer's mark "Unione Militare Roma". Together with a gold sword knot and sabre hanger with silver braid interwoven in blue on black leather. In a hat box.
Certificates of appointment: to Sottotenente of the cavalry in 1874, Tenente in 1878, Capitano in 1885, Maggiore in 1896, Tenente Colonello in 1900, Aiutante di Campo di S.A.R il Conte di Torino (Vittorio Emanuele di Savoia-Aosta 1870 - 1946) in 1900, Aiutante di Campo onorario in 1903, plus the accompanying letter, Comandante des Reggimento Cavalleggeri Guide (19.) in 1904, Colonello in 1905, Maggiore Generale and Comandante della 3a Brigata di cavallerie in 1911, plus two letters dated 1911 and a reassignment certificate to the reserve force in 1914.
Award documents: for the Cavaliere dell'Ordine della Corono d'Italia in 1896, the Cavaliere dell'Ordine di Santi Maurizio e Lazzaro in 1900, the Croce per Anzianita di Servizio Militare for 25 years of service in 1900 and 40 years in 1911, the Ufficiale (Corona d'Italia) in 1901, for a Persian insignia, plus the accompanying letter dated 1903 from the Ministero della Real with the original signature of Minister Ponzio Vaglia, the Offizier des Ordre National de la Légion d'Honneur in 1910, as well as two letters from the French Consulate in Milan on his appointment to Commendatore (Corona d'Italia) in 1911, Ufficiale (Santi Maurizio e Lazzaro) in 1912 and Grand Ufficiale (Corona d'Italia) in 1914.

A large number of photographs documenting Thaon di Revel's military career, many featuring him mounted, at military tournaments, in the field, with comrades, including his brother Paolo Thaon di Revel, as well as family photos, such as that of his uncle Genova di Revel (1817 - 1910), and dedication photos of Vittorio Emanuele di Savoia-Aosta. Varying formats, three photographs framed. In addition, various brochures, calendars (Lancieri di Novarra), a march composed for Colonello Thaon di Revel with a gold-embossed cover, and many more.
