Field-grey tricot wool, privately tailored with four scalloped and pleated pockets, five button front, golden-yellow piped front panel, collars and French cuffs, bottle-green badge cloth collar with double hook closure. Silver color pebbled buttons of matching manufacturer, award loops for three badges on left breast, loops for a small ribbon bar above. EKII ribbon hand-applied to second buttonhole. Embroidered silver aluminum wire eagle on dark green backing, hand applied. Collar insignia embroidered in silver aluminum wire on golden-yellow backing, machine-applied. Shoulder boards of bright silver aluminum cords, each with two gold pips and a gold "8" cypher, sewn into shoulder seam. Against the regulation, privat added cuff patches to each cuff. Lined in field-grey rayon with cream color sleeve linings, inside pocket with tailor label of "Averbeck & Broskamp Berlin W" and handwritten name "Ob. F. v. Rosenberg" and dated December 1937. Marksmanship lanyard, ribbon bar, 1939 Iron Cross 1st class, DRL sports badge, WWI silver wound badge and Iron Cross 2nd class clipped to collar hook worn as a Knight's Cross.
